Having struggled to lose weight and keep it off on my own I decided to call Kate in March 2017 to see if she could help me. I haven't looked back - I lost 2 stone over a seven month period and reached my goal weight in October 2017. I have gone from wearing a size 16 to a size 12 and I love how it makes me feel. |
Kate's Choices Programme is flexible, allowing me to enjoy my life whilst controlling my eating and drinking and maintaining a healthy weight at the same time - I feel great! KAYE:
At the end of July 2017 I weighed almost 15 stone and by January 2018 I had reached my goal weight of 11 stone 7 lbs! I have dropped 3 dress sizes, walk everywhere and feel fantastic! The improvements to my health and self esteem have been immeasurable. The first few months I chose one to one sessions as I felt that I needed the individual support that this provided but now I have moved on to the Thursday morning group session which I thoroughly enjoy and yet still provides me with that much needed progress report and the added incentive of knowing that I am not alone in this. Kate has helped me to find the way of losing weight and remaining healthy that suits me and not the one way suits all approach that I have struggled with in the past
